Dear Senator:
You don't know how very much I appreciated
your seporandum of November thirtieth on
your visit to France and Italy.
It is exactly what I wanted and will be
exceedingly helpful in sone of the things
which are now pending.
I will not object at all if you choose to
give me a lecture as one of your graduate
students. One of my handicaps in this
program is that I am not one of your graduate
students.
Thanks a lot for sending ne the program.
Sincerely yours,
