7328 February 8, 1952 Dear Mr. Ambassador: I can't tell you how very much I appreciate your good letter of the fourth, enclosing me a brief history of Uruguay. It is exactly what I want and gives me the information in which I am interested. That little Republic must be a remarkable country and it certainly has been through all the experiences that create a free people. Sincerely yours, HARRY S. TRUMAN Honorable Edward L.
