Everyone expects this because the work ing men know which party they can rely upon to watch out labor. for the welfare of the working man. As far back as I can remember, the Republican Platform al ways has contained LABOR promises designed to convince the working it man that can trust the Republican Party. Harding and Coolidge and Hoover were elected on platforms that pledged them-and the Republican Party to work for the benefit of labor. But you know what happened.
