it if you could make some recommendation on Wheeler.

K: Ane you are in favor of Moorer? He won't announce anything. This
is just for his own thinking. When do you think the time is right
on bringing Moorer in on the discussions.
L: About the first of March.
K: He is aboard?
L: I sent comments on that. It will be tough. I don't want any approaches
on that until I have it worked out.
K: We won't do anything. He thinks we should make an announcement though
before xlxex it's gone toofar.
L: March will be time enough.
K: You are not thinking of any other changes?
L: Yes, but not at that time. A replacement.
K: For Moorer?
L: Right.
K: But not at that time.
