President knew. He wants to tell him what's happened on the Hill.
H: Are you going to see the President?
K: No, has he asked me to?
H: No.
K: Willimas is coming to see me. We know Bunker and Abrams have their
heads together and are preparing an answer.
H: They haven't started xxlxx moving it on the wire yet?
K: No, , but they started work about two hours ago.
H: But that probably means it will be awhile getting here.
