TELCON Mr. Kissinger/Amb. Dobrynin 8/12/72 12:00 noon AD: Henry, you are working on Saturday. HK: Yes, and I am leaving the office now. AD: Oh, that's too bad. Because when you go outside your office, I don't know what you are doing and then I begin worrying. HK: I am planning on taking a secret trip to North Vietnam--no not to North Vietnam to North Korea. AD: (laughing) Both sides the Red Cross. I hope you have nothing to do with the Red Cross. HK: No, not yet. AD: But the Blue Cross is another storey, but not the Red Cross Yes, you called me yesterday. HK: On that matter we discussed-that film, I have talked to the publisher of Time-Life--Donovan and of course, he'd reject any right of the White House to tell him what to do with his film, so he made a long speech on that, but I think there is a very strong possibility, that they' will not sell it this year, I mean that they will not release it for exhibition this year. AD: Was itintended for international or HK: They were sell it to try to get it on television and but I think we are every possibility that it will not happen this year. Now, I put it on the grounds-- - what is that 50th Anniversary you were mentioning? AD: The creation of the Soviet Union. HK: Was that in '22 ? AD: It was in 122. Of course, before it was a revolution, actually it wasn't Russia. HK: Then it's the 50th Anniversary of X what? AD: No, no it was the creation of the Socialist Republic.
