(d) Delinquent Members Dropped From Club.- If the notification required by subsection (c) shall have been given, and the delinquent member shall fail to pay all indebtedness to the Club before the expiration of 15 day's suspension, he shall be dropped from the Club. SECTION VI By-Laws LIMITATION OF CREDIT When a member's indebtedness amounts to two hundred dollars he shall be notified thereof; and his credit shall be automatically stopped until he has reduced his indebtedness to fifty dollars.
