CEAUSESCU December 4, 1973 7:30 p.m. Dress: Business Suit short dresses for the ladies Arrival: -- 7:30 p.m. at North Portico Entrance President and Mrs. Ceausescu You will greet Mrs. Nixon remains in Yellow Oval Room Photo coverage of greeting Yellow Oval Room Group: Secretary Kissinger; Mr. Robert Martens, Charge d'Affaires, American Embassy; Foreign Vice President Manea Manescu; Foreign Minister George Macovescu; and Foreign Ambassador and Mrs. Corneliu Bogdan will assemble prior to the arrival of President and Mrs. Ceausescu. NOTE: Neither President Ceausescu nor Mrs. Ceausescu speaks English. Interpreters will be present. Color Guard will request permission to remove Colors at approximately 7:40 p.m. all guests except the President and Mrs. Ceausescu will depart at this time. Grand Entrance: Approximately 7:42 p.m. descend Grand Staircase preceded by Color Guard.
