Dear Dr. Drinicor:
I presume that you have been adviged or
have read in the papers that Miss Garlough has brought suit
against us for damages. In view of the situation, I have talcon
no action in regard to submitting your paper for publication,
having turned all of the material over to our attorneys.
At the first opportunity, I want to discuss
with you the matter of defense. Do your plana include a trip to
New Yorle shortly ?
You will doubtless be coming through hore on
your way to Atlantic City enl perchaps could arran/e to provide a
little extra time for a conference then 1f you are not coming here
sooner.
I think you have the dentel films of some of
the operators and the Life Extension Institute reports. will you
be good enough to send them on here as I wont to collect all the
data in one place ?
Naturally we are not issuing any reports now
except on advice of our counsel.
I am very glad to say that Dr. Hoffman has
arranged to visit the Plent to-morrow, Triday morning.
Hoping to see you soon, I mm
Yours truly,
President
