Dear Dr. Drinicor: I presume that you have been adviged or have read in the papers that Miss Garlough has brought suit against us for damages. In view of the situation, I have talcon no action in regard to submitting your paper for publication, having turned all of the material over to our attorneys. At the first opportunity, I want to discuss with you the matter of defense. Do your plana include a trip to New Yorle shortly ? You will doubtless be coming through hore on your way to Atlantic City enl perchaps could arran/e to provide a little extra time for a conference then 1f you are not coming here sooner. I think you have the dentel films of some of the operators and the Life Extension Institute reports. will you be good enough to send them on here as I wont to collect all the data in one place ? Naturally we are not issuing any reports now except on advice of our counsel. I am very glad to say that Dr. Hoffman has arranged to visit the Plent to-morrow, Triday morning.
