Notice of motion having been given by Messrs.
Potter & Berry, solicitors of complainant, returnable before
this Court at Newark on Tuesday, September 6, 1927, to join
as parties complainant in the above bill of complaint Katherine
Schaub, Quinta McDonald, Edna Hussman and Albina Larice; and
the matter having been duly argued at said time and place by
Raymond H. Berry, Esq., of counsel with the complainant in sup-
port of said motion, and Edward A. Markley, Esq., of counsel
with the defendant; and the Court having duly considered said
motion;
It is on this sixth day of September, 1927,
ORDERED that said motion be and the same hereby is
denied.
