Cohmbia University 48 701 RECEIVED College of Physicians and Surgeons EPIDEMIOLOGY 437 WEST 59TH street, NEW YORK INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH SANITARY SCIENCE July 27 1928 United States Radium Corporation, LUMITED 535 Pearl St., MATERIAL CORP. New York City, N.Y. Gentlemen: Your letter the other day contained a very pleasant surprise and I want to express my appreciation for the spirit in which you sent it. I wasn't expecting it until after you had gotten everything settled. I wonder if Mr. Barker could have your chemist make up a dozen or SO one micro milligram ampules for Dr Schlunt's and my work next month. Our little girl in Connecticutt is going very fast now and is being kept under morphine almost all of the time. The financial side of her case is all settled and as the family is reconciled to her death and do not want any publicity I do not think there will be much talk in the papers when the end comes. Yours truly Fridench Shim Frederick B. Flinn
