Gentlemen:
Your letter the other day contained a very pleasant
surprise and I want to express my appreciation for the spirit
in which you sent it. I wasn't expecting it until after you
had gotten everything settled.
I wonder if Mr. Barker could have your chemist make up
a dozen or SO one micro milligram ampules for Dr Schlunt's and
my work next month.
Our little girl in Connecticutt is going very fast now
and is being kept under morphine almost all of the time. The
financial side of her case is all settled and as the family is
reconciled to her death and do not want any publicity I do not
think there will be much talk in the papers when the end comes.
