My dear Mr. Lee:
I think it is important that we should
at once proceed to have our physical and medical examina-
tions made of the plaintiff in the above matter.
Will you please let me know when and
where the examination could be made, especially by a
physicist? I will arrange for the medical man to make
the examination. If the attorney of the plaintiff re-
fuses the examination, it is my intention to apply to the
Court for permission to have this done.
