Dr. Herman Schlundt,
University of Missouri,
Columbia, Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Your letter of January 22nd, is at hand
advising that it would be possible for you to come to New
York and give us sone time during February.
Judge Smith has signed an order authorizing
a physical examination of Mrs. Mae Cubberley Canfield by
Doctors Rector and Brothers, together with such assistance as
they may require.
It is our Attomeys desire to have you and
Dr. Flinn assist in this work, and as soon as we have definite
information as to when it will be convenient for Mr. Berry
and his client to have such examination we will advise you.
It is quite possible that we will not have
much control over the date, and I therefore hope that you will
be prepared to come on rather short notice.
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
