Your cooperation will be appreciated if you could give reply to the following questions. If any of your replies are confidential or if you are disinclined to answer any of the questions, will you please so indicate? 1. Amount of American radium element sold by your concern per year? 2. Amount of foreign? 3. Names of foreign sources and approximate quantities re- ceived for each? 4. Amount of radium element per year sold to medical profession? 5.
