Re: Metz and Tuck vs. U.S.Radium Corporation
Gentlemen:
Referring to your letter of September 18th:
Ne wish to advise you that we have checked items
1 and 2, and find that due to an oversight on our part the
amounts ref rred to are still due the Newark Menorial Hospital.
We shall attend to the payments of these items at once.
With reference to item 3 - that is the bill of Dr.
J.
M. Rector: We nust advise that we received a bill from Dr.
Rector dated September 1,1930 for $450.00. This bill was paid on
March 9,1931. As far as our records show we have had no bill from
Dr. Rector subsequent to his bill of September 1,1930. We are,
therefore, unable to ascertain to what account the bill, enclosed
with your letter, from Dr. Rector marked balance due $50.00 should
be charged to.
Will you kindly have Dr. Rector send us a duplicate of his
original bill.
Please accept our thanks for your trouble in this matter.
Very truly yours,
Vice President.
