DELAFIELD AFFILIATED WITH Treasurer ACADEMY 2-6140 CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE H. MORTON MERRIMAN Secretary CENTRAL PARK WEST AT 106TH STREET NEW YORK July 19, 1934. Mr. H. H. Barker, United States Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York, N. Y. My dear Mr. Barker:-- I enclose two bills, one for $34.10, and another for $33.10 for Mrs. Larice with vouchers, for alcohol, viosterol and aspirin. While we think she is rather liberal in the use of alcohol, the per- iod covered is a year and a half, and I think the bills are probably justified. I also enclose a note from Dr. H. Chenitz, dentist, for work proposed on Mrs. Hussman. We feel that this expenditure is a proper charge for results of radia- tion necrosis of the jaw. If you approve of these bills, will you kindly send checks to the Highland Pharmacy for $67.20, and authorization to Dr. Chenitz. Very sincerely yours, JE/hf Jame D. M.
