CENTRAL PARK WEST AT 106TH STREET
NEW YORK
July 19, 1934.
Mr. H. H. Barker,
United States Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York, N. Y.
My dear Mr. Barker:--
I enclose two bills, one for $34.10,
and another for $33.10 for Mrs. Larice with vouchers,
for alcohol, viosterol and aspirin. While we think
she is rather liberal in the use of alcohol, the per-
iod covered is a year and a half, and I think the bills
are probably justified.
I also enclose a note from Dr. H. Chenitz,
dentist, for work proposed on Mrs. Hussman. We feel that
this expenditure is a proper charge for results of radia-
tion necrosis of the jaw.
If you approve of these bills, will you
kindly send checks to the Highland Pharmacy for $67.20,
and authorization to Dr. Chenitz.
Very sincerely yours,
JE/hf
