Dear Dr. Schlundt: The latest information is to the effect that we can utilize you as a witness in the above case on December 3rd, 4th or 5th, vhereby it will be possible for you to return to Columbia some time late during December 6th. The matter of a conference on Sunday, December and, has been waived, and we probably vill not have this conference until some time on December 3rd. You can tharafore be guided by your program as to whether you arrive December 3rd or 2nd. If possible, I should be glad to have you arrive on Sunday and spend the night with lars. Barker and ayself in South Orange. You will probably find it nore convenient to stop at the Robert Treat Hotel In Newark during the week. Dr. Lind is putting up there. Tie are preparing considerable information which should be holpful in giving you the proper perspective for development of the type of information we are anxious to bring forth, as well as prepare you for cross examination by the plaintiff's attorney.
