Re: LaPorte VS. U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Dr. Flinn:
In accordance with my telephone conversation
of Wednesday, we are herewith enclosing abstract of a good
mony articles in the literature that will be pertinent in
the above Action. Some of these articles the plaintiff 8
attorney will doubtless refer to, and a good many will be
referred to by our counsel. As you undoubtedly are avare,
it is impossible for us to cite all the reference to shich
the plaintiffis attorney will refer, inasmuch as their case
is not in at the moment.
Tie are also attaching a list of questions which
we prepared some time ago and miled to Dr. Schlundt and Dr.
Lind, as to the type of questions which our counsel might pro-
pound upon direct examination. A good many of these questions
will not be asked, and obviously a good many will be asked not
herewith recorded. However, this list may be helpful to you.
lie are expecting both Dr. Schlundt and Dr. Lind on Manday,
December 10th.
With kind regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
HHBark er : DK
Nice-President
