Dear Dr. Flinn: In accordance with my telephone conversation of Wednesday, we are herewith enclosing abstract of a good mony articles in the literature that will be pertinent in the above Action. Some of these articles the plaintiff 8 attorney will doubtless refer to, and a good many will be referred to by our counsel. As you undoubtedly are avare, it is impossible for us to cite all the reference to shich the plaintiffis attorney will refer, inasmuch as their case is not in at the moment. Tie are also attaching a list of questions which we prepared some time ago and miled to Dr. Schlundt and Dr. Lind, as to the type of questions which our counsel might pro- pound upon direct examination. A good many of these questions will not be asked, and obviously a good many will be asked not herewith recorded.
