Pres., United States Radium Corp.,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Lee:
I thank you for your kind letter sending me your
congratulations on our winning the above case. I think that
you and Mr. Barker are likewise entitled to my hearty con-
gratulations because without your effort and the fine work
both of you did, this victory would not have been possible.
I think we should also notify our radium experts and thank
them.
Apropos of my talk with you a few days ago,
Judge Forman telephoned me from Trenton and stated he was
anxious to see Mr. Smith and myself on next Friday at two
P. M. for the purpose of discussing the matter concerning Mr.
Emmerglick Mr. Smith is agreeable to going to Trenton next
Friday at two P. M., December 27th. There is a train which
goes to Trenton around twelve, noon, which we can take and
have lunch on the train. Please telephone me upon receipt of
this letter and we can make our arrangements at that time.
With kindest regards and Season's Greetings,
Sincerely yours,
