March 13, 1936. Mr. E.A. Markley, %Collins & Corbin, #1 Exchange P1., Jersey City, N.J. Dear Mr. Markley: We have made a careful check of our files and believe the only suits now standing against the Corporation, in addition to the four to be settled and discontinued by Emmerglick, are the following: Grace Lohnefinke Attorneys: Holmwood & Creighton Ethelwynne Metz Attorneys: John Winans Catherine Connolly Attorneys: Schneider & Schneider Lucy M. Sullivan Attorneys: Peer & Mahr No doubt you have a record in your office of these four suits, which we think should be closed out as expeditiously as possible. There are several possible cases which have been called to our attention by various lawyers, but no suits have been started, and probably with the record of the LaPorte case now available, no further action will be taken.
