On Maroh 10th I was advised that you would be in touch with me. On March 23rd you re- quested me to send you a discontinuance which I sent you on March 25th. on March 25th you said you would send for your clients and have then sign the aiscontiruance. Then hearing nothing further, we served you with a notice of motion f or non- pros returnable at Newark, which was for several weeks ago, the motion being returnable on April 22nd. You then called me and asked for an adjournment of two weeks which I gave wit hout question and served a new motion returneble at Trenton before Judge Forman, in accordance with Judge Clark's direction, for May Sth. Now we are ad journing this motion for two wed a until May 23nd and trust that the case can be disposed or on that day, if not sooner. I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Smith.
