that he personally yows that the applicant has resided continuously withil the limits and
under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since

1 898 , and continuously within the
State of Connecticut since

1900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United
States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes,
the
applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization
entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad Ivocate or teach the duty, necessity or
propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov-
ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of
the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved

identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says: that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized
government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all
organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer
