Henry A. Kissinger, Secretary of State
The purpose of the meeting was to receive Gen. Weyand's
assessment of the military situation in South Vietnam.

William E. Simon. The call was not completed.

Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Company, San Diego, California,
went to his motorcade.
