PATIO SKILLET SUPPER 5. 2 tbs. Salad Oil > 1 1b. hamburger 1 green pepper (coarsely chopped) 1 small onion (coarsely chopped) 1 clove garlic, minced 1 No. 2 can tomatoes 1 cup pitted ripe olives sliced 1/2 cup liquid from olives 1/2 1b. cheddar cheese (cut in small pieces) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Mon-sodium, glutomate 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper 1/4 1b. wide noodles, uncooked Brown the green pepper, onion, and hamburger in the Salad Oil in a large skillet quickly. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover skillet and when steam appears, remove the cover and stir mixture. Replace cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Serves 6. -
