MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT
Item 1. UN Delegation
The President has authorized us to proceed with getting
Mr. William Wesley Waymack as an Alternate on the UNGA
delegation. He is prepared to approve the delegation as stated
in the memorandum of September 8. However, I did not sign and
leave with him the memorandum, explaining to him that I wished
to do some further checking before getting his formal approval.
