Dear Hinie:
I appreciated very much yours of the nineteenth
about the site for the new Post Office. I thought
the corner south of the present building had been
agreed on. Of course, I don't want to get into
any controversy over the Post Office site but when
you asked me if I would approve that site I told you
I most certainly would, and if it comes up for my
approval I most certainly will approve it.
I appreciated what you said about the election in
Independence and hope that things turn out so we
can do something about it to save the Democratic
ticket.
Sincerely yours,
Harry
