Your service in that capacity has been nost eatisfactory. You have pesformed all duties in an efficient and capable manner. You have alwaye been willing and cheerful. You have exihibited goad technioal ability as well as taot and resoursefulness. Your duties have been those normally performed by a Captain and I consider you well fitted to hold the rank of Captain in the Regular Army. 3.
