It is desired that the following specialists be obtained from organizations under orders for the United States for duty with American Commissioner, Inter- Allied Commission, Paris; also for at various French Universities; Mess Sergeants, Cooks, Typists, stenc- graphers, Clerks, Orderlies and Auto Mechanios. Please wire number of soldiers in organization your command who are eligible and who are willing to accept this assignment. Please expedite.
