The following telegram from Commanding General, S.O.S. is
quoted for the information of this command:
"Tours
February 24th, 1919.
Commanding Genral
35th Division
1223 G-l. It is desired that the following specialists
be obtained from organizations under orders for the
United States for duty with American Commissioner, Inter-
Allied Commission, Paris; also for at various French
Universities; Mess Sergeants, Cooks, Typists, stenc-
graphers, Clerks, Orderlies and Auto Mechanios. Please
wire number of soldiers in organization your command
who are eligible and who are willing to accept this
assignment. Please expedite.
BOOTH,"
A report will be made to the Personnel Adjutant, these
Headquarters, without delay showing the name, rank, organ-
ization, serial number, and qualifications of all soldiers
who are eligible and who are willing to accep t thi S assign-
ment.
