I. WARRANTS FOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS
All commanding Officers will report, before 12:00
Saturday, February 22, whether warrants have in all cases been
issued to the non-commissioned officers of their commands
II. SHORT OVERCOATS
Short overcoats, such as sheepskin coats or other coats
cut ábove the knees, will not be worn on duty wir th troops under
arms.
III. FLOOD OF MEUSE RIVER.
It is announced from the Vosges Mountains that the high
crest of the flood of the Meuse should pass Neufchateau on the
17th of February in the neighborhood of 19 hours; Vanconleurs on
the 18th of February in the morning; Commercy-Vignot on the 19th
of February in the morning; St. Mihiel on the+2Qth-of February
in the morning; Verdun on the 21st of February during the afternoon;
Stenay on the 23rd of February during the morning.
It is possible that the flood will rise 20 centimeters above
the dikes of the streams in which case the overflow of the lands
subject to overflow will be general.
IV. DOGS
In order to comply with the French Town ordinance, dogs
owned by members of this command will not be allowed on the streets
of COMMERCY except on chains.
V.
MONTHLY RETURN OF ORDNANCE PERSONNEL
1. . The attention of all Unit Supply Officers of the 35th
Division is invited to Paragraph 1512A Sub-paragraph 6, Army
Regulations relating to monthly returns of Ordnance Personnel
attached to tactical organizations. Reports have not been forwarded
in accordance with the Regulations. Unit Supply Officers are direct-
ed to submit at once, to the Division Ordnance Officer, reports for
the month of January 1919 and regularly thereafter.
2. If Form No. A. P. - 3 is not available for the preparat-
ion of these reports the following copy thereof should be made up:-
