TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME: WHEREAS the Probate Court of Jackson County, Missouri at Independence, by its order of sale made at its November Term A. D. 1933, which order is found of record in the records of said Court did order the undersigned, Margaret Chiles, Administratrix of the estate of Franklin Chiles, deceased, to sell for cash, at private sale, the real estate in said order and in this deed described, for the purpose of paying the debts of said deceased, and WHEREAS in obedience to said order, the undersigned ad- ministratrix did sell at private sale on Tuesday, the 28th day of November A. D. 1933, all of the right, title, interest and estate which the said Franklin Chiles had in and to said real estate, at the date of his death (said real estate together with other real end estate being encumbered by the lien of a deed of trust recorded in Book 559 at Page 378 Recorder of Deeds Office for Jackson County, Missouri at Independence) for cash in hand, first having had said real estate duly appraised by Jos. B. Lynch, Jerry Sullivan and Chas. Jones, three disinterested householders of Jackson County, Missouri, as appears by their certificate of appraisement returned est with the report of said Administratrix in said proceeding to the said November Term A. D. 1933 of said Probate Court, and WHEREAS, John C. Stewart and Ben M. Stewart of Jackson County, Missouri, became the purchasers of said real estate under the terms of said order of sale, at and for the price and sum of Ten Thousand, Five-Hundred Dollars ($10,500.00), for all of the right, title, interest and estate of the said Franklin Chiles, de- ceased, in and to said real estate. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of said purchase money being ordered by the Court paid to the owner and holder of the note secured by the deed of trust above mentioned, and the remaining sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of said purchase money being paid to said Administratrix, and ertate of
