That I am a son of Bannett M. Noland now deceased, who in hislife time owned the south twenty one acres 41 of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section eight, township 49, Range 32. That the said Barnett M. Moland left -at the timeof his death the following persons as has sole and only heirs, to wit:- Sena Noland his widow, William A. Noland, his son, Nancy A. Arnold, wife of e Samuel L.
