November Term, 19.32 Whereas, It appears to the satisfaction of the Court that at the General Election held on the 8th day of November, 1932. , in the zuf County and State aforesaid, Truston W. Kirby was duly elected ax County Treasurer within and for said Jackson County and State aforesaid: Now, therefore, we do hereby commission and authorize him to discharge the duties of the said office according to law, for a period of 4 years, and until his successor is duly elected and qualified. In Testimony Whereof, I, Harry S.
