Affidavit of T. B. Wallace

STATE OF MISSOURI) ( COUNTY OF JACKSON) I. B. WALLACE, being duly sworn, on his oath states that he has been a resident of Jackson County, Missouri for more than fifty years; that he is the brother of William H. Wallace who, on or about June 4, 1891, became the sole owner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 48, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri; that said William H. Wallace continued in the ownership of said property until the sale of a part thereof by him to the Lake Lotawana Development Company on or about March 6, 1928; that during all of the period of time in which said William H. Wallace was the owner of said property as aforesaid, he had the open, notorious, exclusive, continuous and adverse possession thereof; that during all of said time said property was fenced and constituted part of the farm owned and operated by said William H.
