I.
B. Wallace being of lawful age and first duly sworn
upon his oath states that he is more than 75 years of age, and
that he has resided in Jackson County for more than 50 years;
that he is familiar with the land described a.s the
South Half (2) of the Northwest Quarter (È)
of the Northeast Quarter (t) of Section Thirty-two
(32), Township Forty-eight (48), Range Thirty (30)
in Jackson County, M, ssouri, of which Lot Seven (7),
Block Z, Lake Lotawaña, a subdivision of land in
Jackson County, Mi ssouri, is a part;
That he has been familiar with that land for more than
forty-five (45) years; that the Wallace family, and those claiming
under them went into the actual possession of said land on or
about December 5th, 1883, and that from said date until March 6th,
1928, the date of the conveyance of said land to the Lake Lotawana
Development Company, the said William H. Wallace' family have been
in the open, notorious possession of said land and exercising
visible acts of ownership thereto, claiming title thereto, adverse
and hostile to the claims of all other persons during all of said
time; that said land was fenced and farmed and actually occupied
by them during all of said period, under claim of ownership.
That no one has ever questioned or challenged their right and
title thereto.
