1131 6 slyle? Office of U.S. Chief of Counsel APO 403 Sept. 10. Dearest Mother and Daddy, Please send me immediately via APO 403, four bath towels and four hand towels. Not necessarily in good tip-top - ehepe- con- dition, but at least absorbent. I understand that you can send this via APO if you show the postmastdr this written request of mine. We flew over to Nuremberg today and are at present in the "Grand"Ho- tel - really remarkably comfortable. They have done much to restore it and I have a private room with a bath and occasional hot water. Bur no towels. I have one dirty unabsorbent hand towel I bought at PX in London. Es P.S. I lie in bed comfortable with nice little bedside lamp. I look out at pitch black ruins. Also send some wire coathangers. They don't weigh$ much. Put in all you can sans being bulky. I have one.
