Box 322 Springfield, Ohio Dear Mr. Clancy: This will acknowledge receipt of your February 24 letter. At this stage of the 1950 Regular Ses- sion of the Kentucky General Assembly, which is within ten legislative days of adjournment, there has been no action taken by the Legislature on the proposed Amend- ment designed to limit the terms of office of the Presi- dent. In addition to this lack of action, I can advise that there has not been, to my knowledge, any discussion or any indication that there exists any senti- ment or plans to consider this matter during the current session.
