I used the Old Testament opened at the 20th Chapter of x Exetus which is of course, as you know, the x55 Ten Commandments, Then I had the small KPP710 Bible on which I was sworn in the first time xpp790 opened at the Fifth Chapter of Matthew at the Beatitudes from the Sermon on the Mount. x 113 oath The Priest, who was Chaplain of the 129th Field xs Artillery, came to the office and I asked him to make a translation of the Gutenberg text, which is in Latin, and found that it is almost in con- formity with the St. James version. I hope everything is going well with you. Sincerely yours, darky S. TRUMA Mrs. W.L.C. Palmer # 406 North Pleasant Street Independence, Missouri
