I am enclosing you copy of a report which has come
to me from Mr. Winslow.
I think he is exactly right and I wish you would see to
it that the house is not used for any purpose until we
can occupy it. If it is used, as suggested in the memo-
randum, it is sure to be damaged please don't let
that happen.
