The Commission's quarters, together with the PBS buildings could remain until all contractors' work is removed from the site. the fence should remain in place until all personnel has left the site. There will be a great amount of mechanical adjustments to be made after the completion of the project. It will be necessary for the White House Police to conduct outside mechanics to certain locations in the building after the occupancy of the Mansion. All of the foregoing matters should receive serious study and plans should be made well in advance of the date of completion.
