produced large quantities of rubber.
I am at your direction as regards support for the statements made
in this memorandum, and I am sure that these views are held by the War
Production Board, the Rubber Reserves Company and the Combined Raw
Materials Board.
In the event that there should be a meeting on the subject such
as we discussed, it would be my suggestion that Mr. Krug or Mr. Collier,
representative of the War Production Board, Mr. Stanley Crossland,
representative of Rubber Reserves Company (synthetic rubber) and
Mr. Batt, representative of the Combined Raw Materials Board, be in-
cluded with me in the discussion.
