4. General:
FECOM reports that it has no information on guerrilla or subversive
activities in Pusan or any other South Korean areas. FECOM states that
reportedly all political prisoners in Seoul and Kaesong have been released
and are infiltrating into South Korea. A total of 524 have been apprehen-
ded in Taejon and 45 in Suwon.
