1. Weather:
Multilayered clouds over all Korea becoming scattered low and
high clouds by 1800 (KT). Visibility 2 to 4 miles in battle areas. 8
miles other areas. Temperatures 39 to 61 degrees F. Forecast:
Scattered low and high clouds. Visibility 2 to 5 miles in battle area
improving to 10 miles. Temperatures 37 to 57 degrees F. (FEAF)

2. Enemy Situation:
Hostile activity continued generally light across the UN front.
More stubborn resistance was reported against the 24th US Infantry and
7th US Infantry Divisions. Two enemy counterattacks in the I Corps
sector were repulsed. Prisoners of war reported three enemy regiments
deployed to the front of the III ROK Corps. (FECOM) (SECRET)
3. United Nations Situation:
GROUND
a. General: UN forces continued to attack during the period,
making gains up to two miles. The 29th British Commonwealth Brigade
established a patrol base 4 miles across the Imjin River. Friendly units
continued extensive patrolling. (FECOM) (SECRET)
b. I US Corps: 1st ROK Division units patrolled across the
Imjin River with no enemy contact. A patrol base was established by the
29th British Commonwealth Brigade 4 miles across the Imjin. Elements
