Officers of the firm are C. V. Chang, president; Stanley H. Shen, vice president; Fred Sze, vice president and treasurer; and Miss Dora Tseng-Fong Chen, secretary and assistant treasurer. Directors of the firm are Do H. A. Kung, honorary chairman; Y. M. Chien, chairman; To L. Soong, vice chairman; Tze-Moo-Tai, Hsi Te- Meu, C. Y. Chang, Fred Sze, Stanley H. Shen, Tso-Ming Chow, and Miss Dora Tseng-Fong Chen. Fu Chung International Trading was incorporated under Delaware laws on October 24, 1945. Authorized capital amounts to 6,000 shares having a par value of $100 each. The company is stated to be con- trolled through joint stock ownership by the following three Chinese banking enterprises, namely, Manufacturers Bank of China, Ltd., Bank of Communications, and Kinchang Banking Corp., all of China. Other financial interests of the officers and directors of Fu Chung International Trading Corp. are as follows: Do H. A. Kung is the chairman of the Bank of China, Shanghai. Y. M. Chien is general manager of Chung Sing Mining & Steamship Co. of China. To L. Soong is chairman of the China Woolen & Worsted mills of China, chairman of Great China Match Company of Hong Kong, director of the Central Bank of China, and has other outside con- nections. Tze-Moo-Tai is chairman of To-Chen Chemical Industries Inc., Shanghai, and is assistant general manager of Ming-Chan Bank- ing Corp., Shanghai. Hsi Te-Mou is chairman of the Central Bank of China, Shanghai. Fred Co Sze is managing director of the Park Hotel, Shanghai, and manager of the Joint Savings Society of the Yienylen KingKong-Continental-China & South Sea Banks, Shanghai, Stanley H. Shen is general manager of the United China Transportation Co., Shanghai. Tso Ming Chow is general manager of Ten Chen Banking Corp., Shanghai, One P. V. S.
