Dear Mary:
S.
TRUMAN
NATIONAL
ARCHIVES
I am enclosing you a memorandum which the
AND
EDITION
Naval Aide arranged for me in reply to your
:
SERVICE"
letter of December twenty-sixth regarding Roy
GOVERNMENT
A. Long. I hope the situation can be worked
out all right.
Martha Ann and Jim were here for a couple of
days and I think they enjoyed themselves very
much. They left this morning at a quarter to
seven for New Jersey to pay a visit to James
Campbell.
Fred and Audrey will be here tomorrow. The
two farmer boys won't be able to pay us a visit
for which I am sorry but I guess business has to
come first.
Sincerely yours,
TRUMAN
HARRY
