I'm mighty glad to be back in Clarksburg and I certainly do appreciate this cordial reception. 1. (Here for the same purpose as in Nineteen Forty-eight) When I was here in Nineteen Hundred and Forty-eight, I was trying to get you to elect a Democratic President and a Democratic Congress. I am here for the same purpose again - although I have a different man in mind for President this time.
